    Call 541-385-8680 or go to the link below. Limited Dial-a-Ride within Sisters City limits on Tuesday only. Shopper Shuttle is offered at no cost on Thursdays to Bend area stores. Call 24 hours in advance. CET also offers fixed route bus service.

    Weekly phone calls by volunteers matched to a senior age 60+ to provide companionship and social contact.

  • Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP):
    Call 541-678-5483 to coordinate respite care (paid break). Consumer will need to hire a caregiver and COA will reimburse. Need to talk with Case Manager to pre-qualify.

  • Meals on Wheels:
    Home-delivered meals. Must be 60+ and meet eligibility requirements. Call 541-678-5483 to talk with a Case Manager.

  • Medicare Insurance Counseling:
    Call 541-678-5483 for appointment. Free consultation with trained volunteers for all your Medicare questions - how to sign up at 65, annual open enrollment policy reviews and fraud resolution support. Age 65+

  • Oregon Project Independence (OPI):
    Call 541-678-5483 Serves seniors 60+ who do not receive Medicaid. Program provides in-home assistance with light housekeeping and personal care. Income guidelines do apply. Client must demonstrate need for assistance.
